I live on the US mainland and have been working with Meghan Clair since September 2020 to find a home for my family in Hawaii. We closed on a house in 2022. She had so much patience! You were very patient and always available for questions. when we finally picked a home, you made sure that the terms and conditions were to our advantage as much as possible and explained all the contractual details as well as the needs of the local and state authorities. You were very insistent with the escrow company and made sure that efforts continued so that escrow would close sooner than later. You negotiated terms so that repair items would be addressed and arranged that we could move in while escrow continued.
